Treatments
Body massage is a very safe treatment however there are some certain conditions which may prevent the treatment being carried out (total contra-indication) or require the advice of a specialsit or GP beforehand (medical contra-indication). Other more minor conditions such as bruises, cuts and varicose veins (local contra-indication) can be worked around and the massage can still go ahead.
I reserve the right to refuse appointment requests and to leave an appointment if I feel in anyway uncomfortable in my surroundings and/or situation.
Prices
The prices on my website are correct at the time of entry, however prices and services are subject to change without any prior notification.
Payment
Payment is accepted by cash or cheque only.
Cancellations
I will need at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations, failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the booking value. Full payment will be charged if a cancellation is not given 2 hours prior to the appointment time.
Gift Vouchers
When booking your appointment please inform me that you intend to use your gift voucher. Your gift voucher will need to be presented at the time of treatment otherwise the relevant price will be charged. There are no cash refunds on gift vouchers so therefore if you have any amounts outstanding after using a voucher , I will note the amount for your future use. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.
Privacy
All personal details are treated in strictest confidence. Under no circumstances will I pass your personal details onto third parties. However, unless you specifically ask me not to, I will use your data to send you latests offers, promotions and news on my services.
